Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: €12.95 (via DHL or FedEx)
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50 (via EMS)
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Shipping Areas
We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return most items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition
- All original accessories and documentation must be included
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice)
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or installed:
- Engine parts that have been installed (Pièce moteur)
- Opened engine gaskets (Joint moteur)
- Carburetors that have been mounted (Carburateur)
Return Process

- Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions
- Carefully package your item with all original accessories
- Include a copy of your invoice and make the RMA number visible on the package
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return authorization

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
