Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: €12.95 (via DHL or FedEx)

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50 (via EMS)

  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return most items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition
  • All original accessories and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice)
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or installed:

  • Engine parts that have been installed (Pièce moteur)
  • Opened engine gaskets (Joint moteur)
  • Carburetors that have been mounted (Carburateur)

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] with your return request using the template below
  2. Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions
  3. Carefully package your item with all original accessories
  4. Include a copy of your invoice and make the RMA number visible on the package
  5. Ship the package to the address provided in the return authorization

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
